Amonara Shops does not handle shipping directly. All shipping arrangements and responsibilities lie with the individual sellers.

6. Payment Processing

All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. Payment terms:

• Seller payments processed within 3 days
• Platform fees deducted automatically
• Disputes subject to our dispute resolution process
• Chargebacks may result in additional fees

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Amonara Shops are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By posting content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
